Fox Has Big Plans for It’s X-Men & Fantastic Four Franchises in 2018

fantastic_four_and_x_men-1526791

Latino Review is reporting that Fox has big plans for it’s Fantastic Four and the X-Men franchises. The current plan is to have a crossover film that features the X-Men and the Fantastic Four released in 2018. Now this is assuming that the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot doesn’t bomb at the box office, which is very possible, but as of now this is Fox’s plan.

Fox is weighing all options regarding it’s comic franchises. They are watching what Marvel and DC are doing and want to create their own Cinematic Universe.

Variety is reporting that Oscar Isaac is close to signing on to play En Sabah Nur aka Apocalypse in the 2016 film.

Little is known regarding the film, although, it is said it will be set in the 1980s and will reportedly feature younger versions of familiar X-Men from the first films, including Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm.
