10 New Releases Will Be On Netflix This November – Watch the Trailers!

Netflix

Wow. Netflix is stepping up their game. I’m looking forward to catching these because I didn’t get a chance to see them on the big screen.

Snowpiercer (11/22) – This should have been a mega-blockbuster in theaters, but instead it found a lovely home online. It’s VOD numbers have nearly doubled the run in theaters. Chris Evans, Jamie Bell, Tilda Swinton. Do yourself a favor and watch with the lights off and no distractions.

The One I Love (11/29) – Elisabeth Moss and Mark Duplass star as a couple trying to revive their marriage. Think you’ve seen this movie before? THINK AGAIN. Absolutely fabulous in a very unexpected way.

Fading Gigolo (11/5) – Written by and starring John Turturro, co-starring Woody Allen, Sharon Stone, Sofia Vergara, Vanessa Paradis, and Liev Schreiber. Do I need to say anything else?

Sabotage (11/19) – Arnold Schwarzenegger leads a cast of a bunch of dudes. Lots of action. That’s pretty much all you need to know, right?

Altman (11/4) – A thoughtful documentary on the prolific director. Check out Liz’s Review.

About Cherry (11/30) – Starring James Franco. Yeah, he’s pretty much good not matter if it’s a bad movie or not.

Virunga (11/7) – Netflix original documentary
In the forested depths of eastern Congo lies Virunga National Park, one of the most bio-diverse places in the world and home to the last of the mountain gorillas. Here, an embattled team of park rangers that includes an ex-child soldier and a Belgian prince, risk their lives to protect this UNESCO World Heritage Site from armed rebels, poachers, and even corporations trying to wrest control of Congo’s rich natural resources.

Happy Christmas (11/23) – I’m not particularly a fan of Joe Swanberg, but if you are, you might like it. Liz didn’t though, check out her review.

The Grand Seduction (11/30) – Yes, Brendan Gleeson is his charming self and Taylor Kitsch is bearable. It’s a cute story that’s likely to score big with your parents.
