If you watched last nights Season 5 finale of The Walking Dead, and I know you did, you may have caught the teaser trailer for the companion series Fear the Walking Dead during one of the commercial breaks. If you happened to be making a nachos and soda break…well…don’t fret! We have the trailer for you below! The trailer doesn’t show much, but what it does do is give you a little glimpse into the vastly different landscape this show will focus on, which is Los Angeles.

The series will star Cliff Curtis (Gang Related), Kim Dickens (Gone Girl), Frank Dillane (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince) and Alycia Debnam Carey (Into the Storm). Series creator Robert Kirkman, along with Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero and David Alpert from The Walking Dead will serve as executive producers on the new series. Dave Erickson (Marco Polo) will serve as executive producer and showrunner. Adam Davidson is the director of the pilot episode.

The first season of Fear the Walking Dead will consist of six one-hour episodes and will premiere on AMC this summer with a second season already ordered and set to debut in 2016.
