Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf are coming back to the big screen this March for an all new adventure! Disney has unveiled that Frozen Fever, a brand new short film, will debut in front of Kenneth Branagh’s upcoming Cinderella, which hits theaters on March 13th. The short will run a full seven minutes.
Frozen Fever revolves around Anna’s birthday, where Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but Elsa’s powers may put more than just the party at risk.
The enitre Frozen crew including directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck and producer Peter Del Vecho return for the short, which also features an all-new original song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez which will no doubt be sung by children and parents a like for years to come.
At this time, Disney has no plans to release a sequel to the worldwide phenomenon, but a quick look into Walt Disney Animation Studios release schedule shows an untitled movie scheduled for November 2018, might this be a place setter for the anticipated sequel? Stay tuned…but for now…
