‘Ghost in the Shell’ Super Bowl Ad is Here!

Paramount Pictures has released the Super Bowl ad for Ghost in the Shell and we have it for you!

Based on the internationally-acclaimed sci-fi property, Ghost in the Shell follows Major, a special ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotic’s advancements in cyber technology.

The movie stars Scarlett Johansson, Pilou Asbæk, Takeshi Kitano, Michael Pitt and Juliette Binoche and is directed by Rupert Sanders.

Ghost in the Shell opens in theaters nationwide on March 31, 2017 in REALD 3D and IMAX 3D

I originsI enjoyed the concept of Another Earth, but the story didn’t grab me, but I’m interested to see what writer/director Mike Cahill will bring with I Origins, especially since it stars Michael Pitt.

 I ORIGINS follows a molecular biologist studying the evolution of the human eye.  He finds his work permeating his life after a brief encounter with an exotic young woman who slips away from him.  As his research continues years later with his lab partner, they make a stunning scientific discovery that has far reaching implications and complicates both his scientific and and spiritual beliefs.  Traveling half way around the world, he risks everything he has ever known to validate his theory.  Read More →
