Word comes today from The Hollywood Reporter that a remake of the 1996 cult classic The Craft is in the works at Sony Pictures. The studio has hired Leigh Janiak (Honeymoon) to both write and direct the remake. Phil Graziadei, who helped write Honeymoon with Janiak, is also attached to write the film.
Doug Wick, producer on the original film, will return to produce alongside Lucy Fisher.
